We are looking for a business controller who helps managers make informed and data-driven business decisions. Your role is to analyze company performance, identify opportunities and risks and uncover the insights behind the numbers that truly require attention.
You are a trusted partner to management, helping them understand what is happening across the business, why it is happening and what actions should be taken next.
If you enjoy combining analytical thinking, business acumen and the opportunity to make a real impact on company performance, we would love to welcome you to our team.

Your key responsibilities
conduct in-depth analysis of business performance and key metrics, going beyond reporting numbers to clearly identify risks, opportunities and areas that require management attention;
act as a strategic advisor to management board, providing analysis and recommendations that directly support important business decisions;
contribute to company growth and development initiatives, including evaluating the commercial viability of new business opportunities, investments and partnerships;
take a leading role in the budgeting process, from translating strategy into financial plans to serving as the key user and owner of the budgeting model:
analyze variances and emerging trends, providing management with clear insights and actionable recommendations;
collaborate closely with business controllers across the Mehiläinen Group, sharing best practices, insights, and expertise.
You’ll be successful in this role if you
hold a university degree in finance, economics or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, strategic advisory or a similar commercially focused analytical role;
think strategically and commercially with the ability to look beyond the numbers and understand the underlying drivers, business impact and potential next steps;
can turn complex information into clear, actionable insights and highlight what truly matters for decision-making;
have strong Excel and analytical skills. Experience with Power Query, DAX and Power BI is preferred, while SQL knowledge is considered an advantage;
thrive on complex challenges and enjoy working in a fast-growing international organization;
have excellent communication skills in both Estonian and English, written and spoken.

What we offer

professional and personal growth opportunities within a fast-growing international organization that values continuous learning and development;
a supportive, high-performing team that values results, encourages initiative and is open to exploring new approaches;
flexible working arrangements, modern tools and an office in the heart of Tallinn;
a comprehensive wellbeing package that supports both mental and physical health along with engaging team events, employee benefits and recognition of important milestones.
